Student Management

This web based application is to have one integrated system that will be used to track each and every student through the different stages starting from receiving enquiries / registrations till the completion of the course undertaken by the student along with the attendance, examinations and marks details.

Below are the list of features

    Staff Modules:
  • Secure Access: The user can access the system only after successful authentication based on the login. Also, the access of the user is limited to the modules based on the role assigned to the user.
  • Dashboard: It provides a snapshot f the important data points like Number of Enquiries (Calls), Number of Walk-ins, In-house Seminar Details, Number of Registrations and Collection Details to the user.
  • Enquiry: It captures the relevant details about the prospect when any enquiry about the courses is received. It is divided into 2 sections – the first part just captures the basic information whereas the second part captures the remaining relevant details.
  • Booking: It is primarily to reserve the seat for a prospect by receiving a token amount as per the rules configured in the system. It is optional and the prospect can directly go for ‘Registration’ after completion of ‘Enquiry’.
  • Registration: It registers the student for a course on the basis of ‘Enquiry’ and ‘Booking’ (if any) details already captured in the system.
  • Batch Allocation: It allocates a batch to the newly registered student based on the course taken and batch timing preferences.
  • Fee Instalment Plan: There is a provision to pay part amount upfront at the time of registration and the balance as interest free instalments. So, for such cases a Fee Monthly Instalment Plan is generated at the time of batch allocation.
  • Fee Payment: It captures the details related to the fee paid at the time of payment.
  • Fee Reversal: It can partially or fully reverse any fee payment along with a reason, in case there is such a need. A separate transaction entry is recorded in the system for the fee reversal.
  • Student Kit Issue: It captures details like the date of issue of kit items like ID card, Uniform, Books, etc. for each student.
  • Batch Transfer: It transfers a student from one batch to another of the same course, if there is such a need.
  • Session Scheduling: It is used for planning sessions for the various ongoing batches for the upcoming week(s), week-by-week. It also includes ‘Extra Sessions’ and ‘Examinations’ as per the need. It includes the students, trainer, room, slot, etc. for each planned session.
  • Session Attendance: It captures the details related to the attendance of the students for the session already conducted.
  • Examination Marks: It captures the marks obtained by the students in an examination conducted based on the attendance for that session.
  • Certificate Issue: It is used for issuing course completion certificates to the eligible students.
  • Student Placement: It captures the placement related details of the students placed in jobs after completion of their courses.
  • Feedbacks: It captures the details related to the various feedbacks (Session, Service Quality and Audit Quality) taken from time to time so as to improve the services offered.
  • Complaints / Grievances: It covers logging of the student’s complaint, action initiation on the logged complaint and finally closure of the same.
